Heating, Cooling & Refrigeration Systems MaxR

Heating, Cooling & Refrigeration Systems

Heating, Cooling & Refrigeration Systems: In many commercial buildings, heating and cooling cost rank high on the list of ongoing operational and maintenance requirements. One simple treatment of MaxR100 will bring HVAC units and heat pumps back to factory efficiency and keep them there. Can also be used in refrigeration rooms, food and ice machines. Units run quieter with less vibration. Single treatment.

Back-Up Power Generatorss

Back-Up Power Generators

Commercial buildings use backup generators to provide power in times of outages. These units often go for periods of time without running, which can cause problems, including the degradation of the fuel. AMP resolves many of the issues associated with diesel engines. Maintains injectors & tanks, boosts cetane, reduces emissions, and extends fuel life and more.

The AMP Solution (Details) Problem Solving Technologies

Cold and/or Dry Starts

Dry starts are the cause of a high percentage of engine wear. The problem is the result of a motor being started when there is no lubrication between moving parts, typically after a long shut down or inactivity. This metal-to-metal contact causes chipping, and these small metal chips end up in the small recesses of the motor, leading to bore polishing, which results in great damage to the motor over time. When MaxR200 is added to the motor, a microscopic lubricating and protective veneer strongly adheres to the metal surfaces, instantly resolving the dry start problem.

Carbon Build-Up and Internal Glazing

Combustion engines produce carbon that accumulates in the air intake, combustion chamber, and exhaust system. This eventually restricts an engine’s ability to operate as it is designed. When MaxR200 is added to the motor, a microscopic lubricating and protective veneer resists the accumulation of any particle or substance from sticking to it, thus resolving the carbon build-up problem permanently.

Oxidation

Oxidation (rust) is caused when water moisture in the oil interacts with the metal surfaces of the motor, which over time can cause failure of the motor, thus incurring high replacement costs. Once MaxR200 has been applied to the motor moisture will not penetrate through the protective coating, totally removing the problem of oxidation. MaxR300 also protects against oxidation in the fuel system, keeping them flushed out and lubricated.

Incomplete Fuel Combustion

Most engines do not completely combust all of the fuel. This results in high fuel costs, and greater emissions. Incomplete combustion will occur when there is not enough oxygen to allow the fuel to react completely to produce carbon dioxide and water. When MaxR300 is added to the diesel fuel, it helps ignite more fuel, making the engine more efficient, while also lowering harmful emissions.

Clogged Fuel Injectors

When MaxR300 is added to diesel fuel it increases the cetane rating, as well as lowering gel points. It flushes out and lubricates the entire fuel system. This product will keep a new engine clean, or clean a high mileage engine. MaxR300 keeps injectors spotless for easier starts, improved power and better mileage, while it absorbs any condensation moisture in the fuel tank. MaxR300 also lubricates fuel pumps, increasing their operating life.

Fuel Degradation

If diesel fuel sits in a tank without being used, it will lose is potency and will eventually go out of spec, typically in the 3-6 month range. By the time diesel fuel gets from the refinery to the end user, it is often close to being out of spec. When MaxR300 is added to diesel fuel it preserves the integrity of the fuel indefinitely, allowing for the safe storage of fuel in storage tanks, and/or maintaining its integrity in the diesel motor if it is not being used. This results in a more efficient motor and reduces the need to discard fuel that has lost its ability to combust.

Contaminated Engine Oil

Two factors determine whether oil stays in spec or not, contamination and heat. Oil contamination consists of insoluble materials such as metal chips (created by dry starts), and dust or sand particles that get blown into the motor. These small particles of contamination are responsible for up to 80% of engine breakdowns, and influence the equipment’s performance, reliability and expected life span. Contaminated engine oil causes the motor to run less efficiently, and results in high emission rates. Bypass filters totally resolve this problem by constantly “polishing” the oil, removing all particulate down to 1 micron in size. This activity dramatically extends the life of the oil, resulting in lower operating costs, and less contaminated oil being deposited into the environment.

AMP Maintenance Technologies

MaxR200

MaxR200

Anti-Friction Oil Additive (Engine, transmission, differential, power steering, hydraulic unit)

MaxR200's negatively activated molecules strongly bond with the positive charge of metal (intermetallic compound technology), creating a microscopic protective layer between friction causing parts. This bond substantially decreases the effects of dry-starts, oxidation, cavitation and other maladies that cause wear to equipment. MaxR200 reduces fuel consumption, typically in the 3%-8%+ range.

MaxR300

MaxR300

Diesel Engine Fuel Additive (Fuel tank, fuel depot, fuel storage)

MaxR300 is blended with diesel fuel at any stage, from factory blending, tank filling, or at the fuel pump. It can be added in the tank first or after filling, although before filling is best. MaxR300 offers substantial fuel savings, lowers emissions, flushes out and maintains the ignition system, and preserves the integrity of diesel fuel when equipment is not being used.

HVAC/R Treatment

MaxR100

MaxR100

Air Conditioning / Refrigeration Treatment (A/C in cab, reefer, refrigeration unit)

MaxR100 is an intermetallic compound technology that forms a permanent bond to metal surfaces. This action removes oil fouling, changes the thermal nature of the metal and lowers the boiling point of the refrigerant gas, resulting in a more efficient operating system with substantial savings in energy costs, typically in the 10%-30% range. It also removes up to 50% of latent heat (humidity) from the air.

You may want to consider a bypass filter for the final solution!

G2

G2 Bypass Filter

You will wonder how you ever lived without one! (Engine, transmission, hydraulic unit)

Bypass filtration has the ability to polish small volumes of oil at slow flow rates, down to 1 micron, through the precision wound multi-ply 'axial-flow' cellulose element. This removes ultra-fine contamination and water normally missed by standard full-flow filters. The result is oil that stays viscous for extended periods of time (10 times minimum), while ending bore polishing caused by metal filings.

MaxR200 can be added to any lubricating oil, such as in engines, transmissions, differentials, gear boxes, hydraulic systems and power steering. It can also be used as a metal working lubricant

Environmentally Benign

Unlike most anti-friction lubricants, MaxR200 metallic compound formula does not include chemical elements of the "Halogen" group, particularly chlorine and fluorine, nor sulfur or phosphorous, which may combine with hydrogen and form highly undesired (corrosive) acid

MaxR200 does not contain PTFE (Teflon®) or any other particulate that can cause corrosion, alter design tolerances, increase oxidation or contaminate oil.

Once a piece of equipment has been treated with MaxR200, emission levels will drop, while HP, fuel efficiency and performance will increase.

Superior Wear Protection

MaxR200

The top pin and bearing surface were not treated with MaxR200. The wear area is approx. 10.8 mm by 8.0 mm. The lower pin and bearing were treated with MaxR200 before the test. The wear is approx. 2.8 mm by 1.7 mm. This indicates that the pin treated with MaxR200 has over 300% less wear. This translates into a longer lasting, better running motor, with less downtime and maintenance required.
